| Portfolio Acquisition (5+ properties) | 1.5% – 1.8% of total portfolio value | Discounted rate for multiple-property deals, ideal for investors building or expanding portfolios. |
| Luxury Property Acquisition | 1% – 2% of purchase price | Applies to properties valued from £750k upwards, including exclusive and off-market opportunities. Lower percentage reflects higher property values while delivering significant absolute value. |
Example Commissions
- Standard Property – £180,000 × 1.8% = £3,240
- Luxury Property – £2,000,000 × 1.5% = £30,000
- Portfolio Deal (5 properties at £180,000 each) – £900,000 × 1.8% = £16,200
