| Luxury Property Acquisition | 1% – 2% of purchase price | Applies to properties valued from £750k upwards, including exclusive and off-market opportunities. Lower percentage reflects higher property values while delivering significant absolute value. |
Example Commissions
- Standard Property – £180,000 × 1.8% = £3,240
- Luxury Property – £2,000,000 × 1.5% = £30,000
- Portfolio Deal (5 properties at £180,000 each) – £900,000 × 1.8% = £16,200

Charged at an hourly rate, typically ranging from £100 to £300 per hour, depending on required client needs. - Project-Based Consultancy
A fixed fee agreed in advance for specific assignments such as property sourcing, market analysis, or investment strategy. - Transaction-Based Fee
A percentage fee (usually 1% to 3%) of the property value, applicable for successful acquisitions, sales, or investment deals. - Retainer Services
Ongoing consultancy support available on a monthly retainer, tailored to clients requiring continuous advisory and portfolio management.
