Example Commissions
  • Standard Property – £180,000 × 1.8% = £3,240
  • Luxury Property – £2,000,000 × 1.5% = £30,000
  • Portfolio Deal (5 properties at £180,000 each) – £900,000 × 1.8% = £16,200

Consultancy Service Fee

    A fixed fee or complimentary introductory session (subject to agreement) to understand your requirements and objectives.
  • Advisory Services (Hourly Rate)
    Charged at an hourly rate, typically ranging from £100 to £300 per hour, depending on required client needs.
  • Project-Based Consultancy
    A fixed fee agreed in advance for specific assignments such as property sourcing, market analysis, or investment strategy.
  • Transaction-Based Fee
    A percentage fee (usually 1% to 3%) of the property value, applicable for successful acquisitions, sales, or investment deals.
  • Retainer Services
    Ongoing consultancy support available on a monthly retainer, tailored to clients requiring continuous advisory and portfolio management.
